Philadelphia Theatre Company and the Wilma Theater are seeking dedicated individuals with excellent customer service skills to work in our box offices.
Reporting to the Box Office Manager, the primary responsibilities include assisting patrons with purchasing single tickets and subscriptions over the phone, in person, and acting as a representative of the Box Office during performances. Candidate should have 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent telephone demeanor, and the ability to respond gracefully in high pressure situations. Multitasking and attention to detail are also crucial. Applicant must be comfortable working with a computerized ticketing system (experience with Tessitura is a plus). Compensation is $11 per hour.
