Amanda Gladu

Amanda Gladu is a New York City based costume designer, illustrator, and painter working in theater, dance, opera, and film. Recent designs include productions of Land, Lost, Found (Gibney Dance), Path Of Miracles (Spoleto Festival USA), Let’s Have A Séance (HERE Arts), The Pussy Grabber Plays (Joe’s Pub), The Roomate (Kitchen Theatre Company), Homebound/Ala’ala’, Espíritus Gemelos & 3.Catorce Dieciséis (Ballet Hispánico), Puebla, Navidad & Boda Mexicana (Calpulli Mexican Dance Company), Equivocation (Next Act Theatre), Stix (American Theatre of Actors), and Thrones! The Musical Parody (Apollo Theater). Amanda received the 2017 Michael Merritt Academic Award for Collaborative Design for Northwestern University. M.F.A.
