Mike Lion (he/him) is a Seattle-based director, translator, educator, and clown. He is the founder and Co-Artistic Director of Dacha Theatre (WA), which specializes in site-specific productions, immersive spectacles, and original work. Mike is the Director of Production at Youth Theatre Northwest (WA) and has led workshops as a guest artist at Dartmouth College (NH), UPenn (PA), and the University of Pittsburgh (PA). Recent projects include translating, adapting, and directing an award-winning production of The Master and Margarita with Dacha Theatre, and developing Insomnia, a durational clown show for JetLAG Festival (NY).
