The Fête is our main fundraiser for the season, and we rely on the money raised to support our amazing artistic programming as well as our community outreach and educational programs that serve so many of our Philadelphia neighbors. Your attendance and support are critical in ensuring that the Wilma can continue creating adventurous art for the Philadelphia community and beyond.

Honoring Anne Holmes & Wilma Education Programs

Join us for our 2023 Theater Lover’s Fête on Monday, May 15 honoring Anne Holmes, our long-time Education Director, as well as the Wilma’s award-winning education programs! This evening, chaired by Jane Hollingsworth, will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Anne’s amazing work while raising funds in support of the Wilma’s education programs and the students they touch, as well as the Wilma productions that are core to these programs.

Anne Holmes has been an integral, guiding force behind the Wilma’s award-winning education programs, and this special evening honors Anne as she steps back from her role as Education Director after 21 years with the Wilma. Her vision, dedication, and joy in working with students is visible in all our education programming. Come experience that joy with us with an evening of dinner, drinks, and dancing!

FEATURING

This unforgettable evening will include:

Gourmet food and drink pre-show at the Kimmel Center’s Balcony Bar overlooking our home, the Wilma Theater.

A program on the Aurora stage featuring performances from students, teachers, and artists who have been touched by Anne and the vital work that Wilma education does in our communities.

Party at the Wilma! An afterparty at the Wilma to celebrate together, and most importantly dance!
