You’ll purchase access and watch the performance through a website called Gumroad.
Our Digital Subscribers will receive a unique Promo Code to enter into Gumroad to access your digital stream when the full recording is released.
You don’t need an account to make purchases on Gumroad. Anyone who’s purchased pre-sale tickets through Gumroad will receive an email confirming your purchase and then another email when the full streaming video is made available.
To access the full stream:
1- Search your email for the subject line “You got [This Show Name]!”
2- Click the “View Content” button
3- Enter the email you used to make the purchase when prompted
No, you do not have to view the performance all at once. If you login again through the same browser, Gumroad should remember where you left off. Ideally you should also make a note of where you stopped watching just in case your spot isn’t saved.
Archduke will no longer be available to stream after June 1 even if you purchase that day.
Your video may need a minute to load. If it is not playing continuously, try pausing it and stepping away for a few minutes and then continuing the show once it’s had a chance to pre-load more of the performance. If you are experiencing connection issues, it may be related to your browser settings, internet bandwidth, or it’s a device-specific issue.
