Yaim Chong Chia (he/they) is delighted to be making their debut as Sound Designer with the Wilma Theatre. A multi-hyphenate music producer, singer-songwriter and sound artist that hails from Singapore, he works mainly with sound – composition, production, ambience, textures – and has done commissioned work for National Gallery Singapore, Asian Art Institutum and DC Comics Inc, amongst others. As a solo artist, under the stage name ‘yams’, he released his debut album day/dreams in 2021, and is currently completing a Master’s in Music at Mannes School of Music in New York City. https://yamsmusic.com
